His two brothers, Kerry and Leon Scales, were released Tuesday.
The three are charged with killing a Florida man inside Arnold's restaurant early Sunday morning.
Blacksburg attorney Dutton Olinger was hired by the family to help arrange bond.

After months in Bosnia, Southside soldiers are headed home.

The National Guard troops will be making pit stops in Hungary and Germany, and going through medical screening at Fort Benning, Georgia before being officially released from duty.
The soldiers are due home between September 13th and 17th.
