The ''Los Angeles Times'' says Paula Jones' attorneys have urged her to
accept President Clinton's offer to
settle her sexual harassment lawsuit.

The settlement includes 700-thousand dollars and a vague apology
from Clinton for any damage done to her reputation.
The Times says the lawyers sent Jones two letters, one of which
described the terms as ``a total victory'' for her.
A spokeswoman for Jones says the relationship between Jones and
her attorneys has broken down over whether she should settle.
Sources say Joseph Cammarata and Gil Davis have already prepared
their motion to withdraw from the case.
They plan to file it in a Little Rock, Arkansas, court Monday.
Roanoke's Total Action Against Poverty has made some changes designed to
boost development of low-income housing.
TAP Deputy Director Alvin Nash has resigned to take over as president of the
Blue Ridge Housing Development Corporation.
Nash has been in charge of housing programs for TAP. But now he'll work on
