Back then, an attorney for the board said in internal investigation into the alleged incidents was underway.
A few months later a board member told us the investigation was over, but she didn't know the results.
Now, the board isn't saying anything.

A federal judge is allowing Davis and another lawyer to withdraw from Jones' lawsuit against President Clinton. The attorneys had said in papers filed yesterday they have "fundamental differences of opinion" with Jones about how the case should proceed.

A teacher's aide at Auburn High School in Montgomery County is accused of having consensual sex with a 13- year old female student.
25- year old John Breedlove of Roanoke was arraigned in Montgomery County General District Court today.
Sheriffs officials say the incident happened at the school last week while Breedlove was working.
If convicted-- Breedlove faces up to 10- years in prison.
