Judge Davis reduced the charges to lesser offenses and dropped one felony charge.
Doyle pleaded not guilty to the charges and maintains he's innocent.
He'll be sentenced later.

People took to cars, buses and ferries to get home and traffic backups stretched for miles.
Normally 275 thousand people use the BART system.

Former Virginia attorney general candidate Gil Davis wants to move on.
Davis and fellow attorney Joe Cammarata are asking an Arkansas federal judge to allow them to withdraw as counsel to Paula Jones.

Davis says the request is about "fundamental differences of opinion" he and Cammarata have with Jones in her sexual harassment lawsuit against President Clinton.
He says the move has "nothing to do with the legal merits" of Jones' claims against the President, in which he continues to have full confidence.
Paula Jones says, through a spokeswoman, that Davis and Cammarata urged her to accept a settlement of 700- thousand dollars and a vague statement of regret for any damage to her reputation.
