The state Department of Corrections says a grand jury will take up various criminal charges later this month.
Coffeewood Correctional Center is in the town of Culpeper.
Sources tell News 7 the 11-hundred inmate prison was overpaying a doctor for medical services.

Over three thousand items are on the block.
They include the robe Ali wore in his Zaire fight with George Foreman.

It predicted Ali would win the fight with Foreman.
The auction is expected to raise 1.7 million dollars, part of which will go to Ali's favorite charity.

Two time Indy 500 champion Emerson Fittipaldi's recovery from a plane crash is looking good.

Fittipaldi was transferred to a hospital in Miami and doctors there say chances are almost 100 per cent that Fittipaldi will walk again after surgery.
A Neurologist says Fittipaldi has minimal Paralysis and numbness in his left leg from a fractured back vertebra following a plane crash.
A team of 10 doctors is scheduled to operate later today and Fittipaldi could be out of the hospital in a week.

Speedway Motorsports is expanding to the Garden State. Bruton Smith announced yesterday that he plans to build a race track in the area round Atlantic City.
Smith said the company has three potential sites but would not give another details.
Speedway Motorsports owns tracks in Atlanta, Charlotte, Fort Worth, Texas, Bristol Tennessee and Sonoma, California.
That's all the time for Sports, but a little later Doctors say Emerson Fittipaldi should recover 100 percent from injuries suffered in a plane crash.

They unveiled the World's Largest Popcorn Ball in Seattle, Washington, today.
A semi truck hauled the sticky mass into the Seattle Center.
The ball is on tour for the Boy Scouts of America.
It will stop in 50 cities to promote the Scouts' annual popcorn sale.
The ball weighs in at five thousand pounds and it's still growing.
Everywhere it stops Scouts will get the chance to add to it.
