The building and land are worth more than TEN times that amount.
Two years of delays may have driven the price down.

Raleigh Minor, a specialist in turning around faltering businesses, flew into Roanoke from Savannah to advise the family-owned firm on how to get back on its feet.
Shepherds had incurred a lot of debt under past presidents and general managers.
But business has been good lately, with record-setting sales this year.
Minor says Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection IS not being discussed as an option.
