Weld stepped down as Massachusetts Governor for the Ambassador position.
More than 80 firefighters are suing the city of Danville over their pay.
The lawsuit alleges Danville firefighters are asked to work during meal
hours even though they're NOT paid.
It also maintains the department is not paying some employees overtime.
City Attorney Tim Spencer says the firefighters agreed to the current pay
terms more than ten years ago.
An Amtrak Train carrying 83 people collided with a truck in Indiana.
The truck driver was killed in the crash- but only SEVEN of the train's
passengers were hurt- none seriously.
The train was on its way from Grand Rapids, Michigan to Chicago.
Officials say the driver of the truck drove around lowered crossing gates
and probably did not see the train coming.
The impact reportedly sheared off the cab of the truck.

players ever to christen the stadium and pay tribute to the late Jack Kent
Cooke, a man who spent 10 years of his life trying to build his team a new
home, only to die 160 days before it opened for business.
