But it appears Trevor Rees Jones doesn't remember the crash.
One report says he does recall when they first got into the car and that driver Henri Paul seemed fine.
French investigators said Paul had three times the french blood alcohol limit.

He'll be buried on Saturday.

Back in the U-S, an Amtrak work train caught fire in Maryland-- disrupting service this morning for commuters between Baltimore and Washington, DCTERMS.
The blaze broke out on the engine about four this morning, ten miles north of the nation's capitol.
An Amtrak spokesman says it appears the fire was caused by hydraulic fluid that ignited.
No one was injured--
Two high-voltage lines fell onto the burning train-- so overhead power was cut before the blaze could be put out.
Amtrak says the damage was NOT serious.
