Hustlers pool hall is closed for now and the owner says he's planning to sue the county.

At 15 he played in professional tournaments in Las Vegas and was 48th in the world.

Deputies found more than 200 people in or around Hustlers at 2-30 Saturday morning, many of them were 13 or younger.

Donald Beverly says that automatic clip came from a deputy's weapon.
Beverly did not want to talk on camera, but he says law officers kicked in doors, cut up his furniture and searched him.
He says neither the officers nor the search dogs found drugs in his possession.
Beverly says all the drugs and alcohol found were snuck in by pool hall patrons.
Beverly faces public nuisance charges and selling alcohol without a license.
He says he has proof the second charge is false.
Sheriff Reed says Hustlers has been a source of trouble for months and the permit used to open the hall may be pulled.

But in a poll taken early last week by The Washington Post, it's clear that Jim Gilmore can't count on George Allen's coattails.

The Post poll has Democrat Don Beyer with 44- percent and Republican Gilmore with 43- percent.
But Gilmore takes the lead by one point among those who say they're "likely" to vote.

Both outcomes are well within a four point margin of error, making the race for governor still that "statistical dead heat" that it's been in all media polls since January.
But the poll also shows that while about two thirds of Virginians think Republican Governor George Allen's done a good job, only about half of those voters favoring Allen are backing Gilmore to succeed him.

The 41- year old Mullins died Friday night in a traffic accident in Illinois as he and a friend drove to a concert in Wichita, Kansas.
Mullins was acknowledged by some in the music world as the country's best Christian songwriter.

((Ericsson will restructure its private radio division in Lynchburg to make it more profitable.
130 contractors and hourly employees will lose their jobs.. another 145 salaried workers also will be affected, but those folks may find jobs elsewhere in the company.
The G-E Drive Systems plant in Salem has recalled about a third of the 160 production workers laid off in July.
G-E expects to recall additional people, but it depends on the size of its fourth quarter workload.
The Sara Lee Corporation has announced plans to sell its Knit Products division so it can raise three- billion- dollars.
The company employs 15- hundred people at a sewing plant in Hillsville, a textile plant in Galax, and a distribution center in Martinsville.
A cost cutting plan at Celco in Giles County could affect as many as 500 of its hourly employees.
The company says if the union goes along with its "Renewal" program, no layoffs will take place, at least through the year 2000.
The well- known Target discount chain is coming to our area.
Grading has begun for a location at the Valley View Mall next to the WalMart Supercenter.
Wachovia will close Central Fidelity's information services center in Lynchburg as a result of its merger with the Richmond bank.
Of the 170 workers there, more than 80 will stay on to work for another information processing firm, and the rest have been offered positions elsewhere with Wachovia.
Checking the financial markets for the week, the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 174 points, while the Nasdaq Composite was up 31.

Jeff Gordon started up front but he dropped back to the 12-th spot with 299 laps to go in the race.
But Ernie Irvan was the car on the move he started 33-rd and he was running fourth with 291 laps to go.
Would this be Earnhardt's day to break out of the slump he was looking good running 8-th at this point in the race.
Mark Martin was the leader with 276 laps to go but Kyle Petty blew by him to take the lead on lap 161 and he was the leader at the halfway mark. Kyle started 23-rd.
Kyle's car was very strong later in the race he passes Jeff Gordon putting him a lap down leaving only 5 cars on the lead lap.
But Kyle had to pit for a splash of gas and that put Martin in the lead with less than 30 laps to go and he holds on to win the MBNA 400, his first win at Dover.
