Evans allegedly shot and killed Timothy Ray Robinson, and 25 year old Lorin Tyler Murphy last night at the intersection of South and Franklin Streets.
Robinson's cousin heard the shots, and then a neighbor ran to her house yelling for help.

He and a sheriff's deputy who responded to a call for assistance were gunned down with an assault weapon.
The suspects, 17- year- old Kevin Golphin and 19- year- old Tilmon Golphin were arrested after they crashed the car in a police chase.
The two reportedly stole the car earlier in the day after holding up a finance company in South Carolina.

But a federal jury did convict Farmer on drug charges, after hearing evidence of the shooting and a separate drug raid.
Commonwealth's Attorney Bill Fuller says a federal judge will take the shooting into account when he sentences Farmer October 8th.
