Two teenage brothers from Richmond face first degree murder charges in
connection with the deaths of two officers.
A North Carolina state trooper had stopped the vehicle on Interstate 95.

That's right Melanie.
We're about to head out to a news conference where we'll get all the
details, but here's the basics.
The people involved with the downtown project say their facility... which
will look like this one in Charlottesville, will have an extra perk...a 12
screen movie theatre.
It would go on the second floor of the building.
This would mark the first time in several decades that Roanoke had any kind
of downtown theater.

This is interesting because the developer working on the ice rink at the
airport has cast doubts the downtown rink will ever be built, noting HIS
facility is already under construction.
Today's announcement shows the Charlottesville developer appears serious
about its project.
