Fuller says a federal judge will consider the shooting when Farmer is sentenced in October.

Hustler magazine publisher Larry Flynt and T-V evangelist Jerry Falwell will meet face-to-face on November first.
The meeting at the University of Virginia is to discuss their roles in the First Amendment court case that made them adversaries.
The 19-96 movie "The People versus Larry Flynt" was largely devoted to the battle over a Hustler cartoon parody about Falwell.
Falwell claimed libel and sued for 45-million dollars.
He won at trial, but the Supreme Court ruled for Flynt on appeal.
