Compared to nearby systems the current rate of 10 percent in Rockbridge is high.

Retirement and a career change are common factors for leaving, but money apparently is the leading reason.

The first one had two individuals on it and they were most aggressive and proceeded to get in front of -- or they were heading in the direction to get in front of -- the car. My assumption. I felt that one motorcycle was certainly, without hesitation, in any doubt whatsoever, was driving aggressively and dangerously. They say they should have been warned of the potential.

That's because Ryan Tripp has spent the last seven weeks riding his lawn mower into the Guiness Book of World Records.
Ryan has traveled about 80 miles a day at 10 miles a hour.
Ryan wasn't just trying to make history. He was raising money for a Utah baby that needs a liver transplant.
He got the idea after his Dad's truck broke down and he had to ride the mower home.
