Contemporary community standards... who's to say what they are?
A group of seven citizens in Roanoke has been assigned the task of defining those standards in the case of a Roanoke nightclub cited under local obscenity laws.

City police went into the club- -that WAS called "Girls, Girls, Girls," at the time- -with a hidden camera in May to document exactly what was going in inside.
They recorded 15 performances.

During the second song, the dancers shed what was left of their clothing and ended up stark naked.

The commonwealth says the continuing improvement is the result of students leaving the job force to return to school and a boom in construction.
