Nichols faces the same charges as co-defendant Timothy McVeigh.

Davidian deaths near Waco, Texas four years ago.
Jury selection is expected to take two weeks to a month.

festivities to open the new Key West Historical Monument Sculpture Garden.
More than 11-hundred key limes and 20 pounds of sugar went in to making
what's billed as "the world's largest key lime pie."
