After two days of searching, his body was found not far from his house.
Police say he was strangled.

But an expert on dance testified in court today that they're also designed
to demonstrate the beauty of the human body and to portray a creative message.
Judith Hanna was hired by the defense... in the case of the City of Roanoke
versus "Girls, Girls, Girls of Virginia"- the local strip club charged under
local obscenity laws.
She's from Maryland, got her education in New York, but she's been to the
Roanoke nightclub, and seen the videotape secretly recorded by vice squad
officers last May.

The jury is due back in the morning for instructions and closing arguments.
Hooters restaurants will soon have more male workers.
But they won't be wearing the traditional Hooters outfits--
It's all part of a settlement the company reached in Chicago.
The nearly four million dollar settlement of a sexual
discrimination lawsuit allows Hooters to continue luring male
customers with a mostly female staff.
The owners of the Roanoke Hooter's tell News7 "There will be no males
waiting tables in Hooters."
But the company will have to create new jobs such as bartenders or hosts,
that men can fill.
It's NOT the year of the woman in Virginia politics.
If every female candidate in the House of Delegates races wins -- the
percentage of women would remain about the same.

Family and friends helped Gene Autry celebrate his 90th birthday.
Bob Hope, Glen Campbell and Dick Clark all honored the singing cowboy who

For his birthday, Autry received a new cowboy hat--white of course.
Meanwhile some pretty scary faces showed up at a ceremony down the road.
Just in time for Halloween, the United States Post Office unveiled it's new
line of monster movie stamps.
Dracula, the Wolfman and Frankenstein headline the series honoring the
characters and the stars who made them famous.
The children and grandchildren of the actors lobbied long and
hard for the stamps.
They will go on sale nationwide tomorrow.
