This revelation comes after this week's death of a freshman pledge.
Eighteen year old Scott Kruger fell into a coma and died.
His blood alcohol level was five times the legal driving limit.

Another study says women who smoke or gain weight in early adulthood risk diabetes when pregnant.
Researchers at Brigham and Womens Hospital in Boston also say its important for women to take a simple blood test when pregnant to see if they're diabetic.
Experts say the stresses of pregnancy can cause one in 20- women to develop diabetes.
