American Electric Power has announced an alternative route for a proposed

Movie Review
"L.A. Confidential" lives up to its reputation. Its subtlety and nuance; and
the moral ambiguity of its characters is fascinating. The setting, L.A. in the
50's, is beautifully evoked, but not intrusive.
Danny DeVito is a sleazy tabloid reporter who is fed stories from an L.A.
detective (Kevin Spacey) who likes to see his name in print.
Australian actors Guy Pearce and Russell Crowe are antagonistic cops whose
styles clash, but who find that the separate cases they are trying to solve are
actually connected. James Cromwell is their commanding officer.
The strong multi-layered story is consistently compelling and the plot has
some unusual twists and surprises. "L.A. Confidential" gets an A. It could be
best movie of the year.
