Christy Harden was there the night Garnett "GP" Johnson was burned alive and decapitated.
The two, and some friends, had been celebrating her 21st birthday before the night got out of hand.
At first, Harden told police her close friend, Emmett Cressell Junior-- was not involved.
However, later said Cressell helped carry Johnson's body outside shortly before he was killed.
But Cressell's attorney says the fact his client was one of the first to report the crime proves he wasn't involved, although Harden testified, Cressell smelled of gasoline.

Dressler says the water is now too cold to swim in-- and property owners on the river can't enjoy it.
But three nearby communities all want the water to stay cold.
Irongate, Clifton Forge, and Covington all benefit from the colder water-- Because of the low temperature, it's cheaper to process sewage.
That's because colder water can safely absorb more nutrients than warmer water can.
And nothing is decided in Covington without Westvaco weighing in.
The city's largest company isn't warming up to the idea of warmer water.
SOT 6:41:39
