Mississippi high school.
Police in Pearl, say they're investigating a plot that led to the three
killings.
The six are being held at the county jail on conspiracy charges.

He was arrested while fleeing the school Wednesday morning.
He's accused of walking into a courtyard area and shooting his former
girlfriend, and then turning his rifle on bystanders.
Two students died, seven others were wounded.
Police say a few hours earlier, Woodham allegedly stabbed his mother to
death.

statistics.

Estimates are that two million school age children are suffering from
clinical depression-- a disorder that goes far beyond the blues.
No one is sure what's causing it, but the numbers are going up.
And so is the number of children being treated with Prozac and other drugs.
Almost 600 thousand prescriptions were written for children in 1996 -- a
70-percent increase over two years earlier.
But there is concern from some, worried about giving what's thought of as
an adult drug to children.
The F-D-A has not officially approved their use in children under age 12--
and is asking drug companies about their effects on the developing brain.
