A 24-year-old Martinsville man is accused in a fatal shooting early this morning.
Police say James Antonio Hodge killed 22 year old Elmer Ray Hagwood shortly after midnight.
Hagwood was found dead on his street in Bassett.
Hodge is also accused of shooting a second victim, 37 year old Harold Taylor, in the hand.
There is no word on a possible motive.
