Abortion and religious broadcaster Pat Robertson are becoming key issues in
Virginia's race for Attorney General.
Democrat Bill Dolan has sought to portray Republican Mark Earley as an
anti-abortion extremist.
And Dolan points to Robertson's backing of Earley's campaign.
Earley sponsored Virginia's parental notice abortion law as a legislator but
says he's never tried to ban abortions for rape or incest victims.
And Earley says Allen administration reforms like parole abolition would be
in jeopardy with Dolan in office.
