A Maryland teenager accused in a grisly murder is one step closer to being
extradited from Israel to the United States.
Israeli authorities have ruled 17- year- old Samuel Sheinbein (SHYN'-byn) is
not an Israeli citizen, even though his father is.
Prosecutors went to court this morning and started formal proceedings to
bring him back to the U-S.
