Prosecutors said yesterday that Bramblett feared he was going to be framed for molesting a friend's daughter.
And they contend that Bramblett killed the whole family because of that concern.
Firefighters who found the bodies of Blaine and Theresa Hodges and their daughters in their burning home in 19-94 speculated about a murder-suicide after seeing bruises on the woman's neck and a gun next to her husband.
But a medical examiner concluded Hodges died before his wife.
Bramblett was arrested last year.

Bramblett was found scrubbing a pair of blue jeans that bore traces of an accelerant - -the same chemical used to start three separate fires in the Hodges home. - -photos and tapes.
