In the course of talking about murder in general, Randy Hodges testified

According to Hodges, Bramblett said yes.
Hodges eventually agreed to wear a wire to record his conversations with
Bramblett.
Randy Hodges testified that Bramblett told him he had spoken to an attorney
and that he wasn't going to cooperate with police.
