Mass murder suspect Earl Bramblett gave some books about serial killers to a brother of one of the murder victims in the weeks before the Hodges' murders.
In the course of talking about murder in general, Randy Hodges testified this morning that he asked Bramblett if he could kill anyone.
According to Hodges, Bramblett said yes.
Hodges eventually agreed to wear a wire to record his conversations with Bramblett.
Randy Hodges testified that Bramblett told him he had spoken to an attorney and that he wasn't going to cooperate with police.
