An Axton woman is dead and her husband charged with murder.
Sources tell News 7 that Donald Eric Stanley suspected his wife was having an affair and apparently shot 35-year old Shelby Stanley last night.
He later turned himself in to police and was charged in connection with her murder.
Police are continuing to investigate the matter.

Now his family keeps his memory alive by posting a roadside memorial and alerting drivers to the dangers of the intersection.
But, their efforts are causing a rift between the family and VDOT.
