Mill Mountain Zoo is preparing to launch a new round of fundraising for
"Ruby's Tiger Rescue," the zoo's plan to start a breeding program for Siberian
Ruby has been a favorite of zoo visitors since she came to Mill Mountain in
the late 80s.
Few siberian tigers remain in the wild, and Zoo officials hope to establish
the premiere captive breeding program in the country.

Changing a flat tire during cold or rainy weather may soon be a thing of the

Michelin and Goodyear say they've come up with a tire that can
go 55 miles an hour for 50 miles after going flat.
The tires are made so they stay on the wheel and keep their shape and
handling characteristics after losing air.
Michelin is already providing them on some cars and Goodyear
expects to have the new tires available next year.
But all this will cost you. First you have to pay for a sensor
that tells you the tires are flat.
And the tires themselves cost
ten to 25 percent more than normal tires.
