A Pittsylvania County man who allegedly killed his wife overnight is now in jail without bond.

Pittsylvania County deputies say 29-year old Mark Dana Turner shot his wife at around 1:30 this morning.

The Virginia Supreme Court has agreed to review evidence that was withheld during the murder trial in Bedford County.
Soering was convicted in 19-90 for the murders of Derek and Nancy Haysom.
Soering's lawyer says the prosecution withheld information that two drifters were arrested in Bedford County the same week as the slayings.

In 1994, Kathi Price was convicted of exposing her buttocks during a table dance at the club. She was fined 250 dollars.
Last week, Price was arrested for allegedly selling methamphetamines.
Court documents reveal she arranged a drug transaction with an informant three times this month, twice in Campbell County and once in Rocky Mount.
Price waived her preliminary hearing today in court.
Her bond was set at 20 thousand dollars.
