Sheriff's deputies found Kimberly Turner dead at the couple's Gallery Road mobile home around 1:30 this morning.
That's in the Axton community of Pittsylvania County.
Police say they don't yet know the motive behind the shooting.

The Virginia Supreme Court has agreed to review the case.
