the jury.
The twelve member panel will decide if Bramblett is guilty or innocent of
killing a Vinton family.

The charges against a former Montgomery County "teacher's aid" have been
sent on to a grand jury.
Two students testified at a closed hearing yesterday that John Breedlove
had sex with them in a faculty lounge bathroom at Auburn Middle and High
School.

Jim Gilmore's five point lead from last week has almost doubled in our
latest NEWS7/Mason-Dixon poll.

Now, he's got a nine point lead and our pollsters call him "a solid
favorite" going into Tuesday's elections.
Gilmore has a 49 to 40 edge over Don Beyer and has narrowed the gender gap
among women to just two points.
The race to watch now becomes the lieutenant governor's race, where Democrat
L-F Payne's lead has shrunk to three points-- within the margin of error.
Republican John Hager could now clearly benefit from Gilmore coattails.
The attorney general's race is static for now, with slightly fewer people
undecided than last week.
But with Republican Mark Earley at 44- percent, he's still up by five points
over Democrat Bill Dolan.

A Roanoke County jury begins deliberating the fate of accused mass murderer
Earl Bramblett.

19-94.
Prosecutors say Blaine and Teresa Hodges and their two daughters were
killed because Bramblett was afraid the parents would go to police with a
claim that Bramblett molested one of the girls.

alleged link to drug dealers.
