HER PARENTS SAT WHERE THEY'VE ALWAYS SAT IN THE COURTROOM, RESIGNED TO THE FACT THEIR DAUGHTER WILL STAY IN PRISON AT LEAST UNTIL HER 34TH BIRTHDAY. Authorities say Breedlove admitted to having sex with the "then" 13- year- old girl, in September.

His attorney and the Assistant Commonwealth's attorney both argued for a closed hearing.

It would be phased in over five years.

Gilmore has a 49 to 40 edge over Don Beyer and has narrowed the gender gap among women to just two points.
The race to watch now becomes the lieutenant governor's race, where Democrat L-F Payne's lead has shrunk to three points-- within the margin of error.
Republican John Hager could now clearly benefit from Gilmore coattails.
The attorney general's race is static for now, with slightly fewer people undecided than last week.
But with Republican Mark Earley at 44- percent, he's still up by five points over Democrat Bill Dolan.

The second game was even tighter.
Kimberly Morris serves from the near court for the Knights, and after a nice job setting up the ball, Amil Davis winds up with the solid return.
But Lemker digs it out and the Knights' Kim Amos will barely get it over.
The return forces the Eagles into an unforced error.
Cave Spring wins game two 16-to-14, and then takes the third 15-to-3 to win the R-V-D tourney title.
