This afternoon a memo was sent to all the students living in dorms not to

back to the mid-70s.
The defense called witnesses to describe his childhood.
Earl Bramblett was the youngest of five children, in a Texas family... so
poor the family of seven lived in a two -room house.
He managed to get an athletic scholarship to attend college, but never
graduated.

Bramblett apparently got his peculiar paranoia from his mother- -who like
her son became an alcoholic.
The prosecution presented women who said Bramblett had molested them when
they were in the early teens.
One said he put a gun to her head and threatened to kill her if she
