Police say as Bradner's truck skidded across the road, the water in the truck also slid from side to side -- making it hard to regain control.

Bradner was thrown from the vehicle and died when the truck rolled over him.

Motor-voter registration may not be the wonder many thought it would be.
Thanks to motor voter, a record three- and- a- half million Virginians are registered to vote.
But the balloting indicates most new voters didn't go to the polls.
In the 19-93 race for governor, turnout was just over 60 percent.
On Tuesday, it was below 50 percent.
That's a record low in modern Virginia history.
