Thirty- year- old William S-Bradner the third lost control of a water truck as he rounded a curve on Golf Club Road around three.
Police say as Bradner's truck skidded across the road, the water in the truck also slid from side to side -- making it hard to regain control.
The truck finally flipped on the side of the road.
Bradner was thrown from the vehicle and died when the truck rolled over him.
