Our longstanding fascination with the aging process and the battle against the wrinkle has been studied and examined for years.
Now, Japanese doctors have discovered a gene that may NOT hold the answer to eternal youth, but could answer some serious questions about our health.

The gene apparently regulates the aging process.
When turned off in mice, the ravages of old age-- hardening of the arteries, thinning of bones-- is apparent.
When the gene is reactivated the aging process reverses itself, and the mouse becomes young and normal again.
There's a similar gene in humans.
It is hoped with additional research the gene can tell doctors more about why people get sick in their senior years.
