After they were stopped, John Worthington complained of breathing problems... and seemed to pass out.
Police say, before the chase began, his wife said she needed to get to a drug store to get medicine for him.
Heather Worthington was charged with driving a stolen car, speeding and failing to stop for police.
Her husband was taken to the hospital where he was treated and released...he's charged as an accessory. Police say he's also wanted on fraud and bad check charges in Pennsylvania.
Both are being held without bond.

After Davids put new vinyl siding on the home, the architectural review board told him he couldn't do that because it destroyed the historical integrity of the neighborhood.
Davids appealed that decision to city council.
