After they were stopped, John Worthington complained of breathing
problems... and seemed to pass out.
Police say, before the chase began, his wife said she needed to get to a
drug store to get medicine for him.
Heather Worthington was charged with driving a stolen car, speeding and
failing to stop for police.
Her husband was taken to the hospital where he was treated and
released...he's charged as an accessory. Police say he's also wanted on fraud
and bad check charges in Pennsylvania.
Both are being held without bond.

An autopsy found Somers to have a blood alcohol content nearly three times
