Goodyear says that's not true.

Easley's 13-year old brother Larry and 17-year old cousin admit they punched, kicked and tried to drag Morris off the bus.
Judge Frank Slayton reduced the felony charges against Larry Easley to assault and battery.
The others still face trial.

Recent studies link the drugs to heart and lung damage.
Both of the drugs were recently pulled off the market after they were found to cause heart damage.
Dieters are being urged to see their doctors for a medical history and a chest exam.
The government came up with the new guidelines after consumers flooded them with questions.
