A SEAMLESS transition is what some Hillsville employees are hoping for as their plant gets a new name and new owners.

A spokeswoman for Sara Lee said most of the 510-people employed there will work for the new owners.

The health-care giant plans to spin off 100 of its hospitals.

He guesses that could happen in about a year.
