What's a BILLION dollars among friends?
Virginia's bi-partisan Senate Finance Committee says Jim Gilmore's "no car
tax" plan may cost far more than Gilmore predicted.
But most of the Senators on the panel say they still support the tax cut.

Gilmore campaigned on a cost of 1-point-6 BILLION.
