An Air Force F-15 pilot is back on land after crashing his jet into the
Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Virginia Beach.

A spokesman at Langley Air Force Base says the crash happened during a
routine training mission about 9:45 this morning.
The pilot ejected safely from the aircraft before he hit the water, then
contacted rescuers by radio.
He floated on a raft for about 30 minutes until a Coast Guard helicopter
rescued him.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
The pilot just returned last week after a 45-day mission in Saudi Arabia.

Charges will be dismissed against stripper, Tracey Outlaw, who the judge
ruled WAS guilty of exposing herself but said he could NOT rule whether her
actions were obscene because there are NO established guidelines.

Meridia works by affecting chemicals in the brain which regulate appetite.
Patients must get their blood pressured checked regularly.
Stroke survivors, people with heart disease or uncontrolled hypertension
should not use Meridia.
This is the first perscription obesity drug approved by the FDA since the
fenfluramine part of the popular Fen-Phen combo and Redux were pulled from the
market in September.
The Drug Enforcement Agency will decide in a few months how tightly Meridia
sales will be monitored.

Two traditional candied sweet potatoes have 285 calories-- one baked sweet

A roll with butter is 120 calories-- but one without the butter is 80.
When it comes to dessert-- pumpkin pie appears to be a lighter choice when
compared to pecan pie one slice of pecan pie is 425 calories. Pumpkin is 240.

But yesterday, the annual parade of the outrageous romped through downtown
Pasadena, California.
The Doo Dah Parade was originally a spoof of the elegant Rose Parade.
In the past 20 years the parade has become a very popular event--
Men in drag is one of the traditional crowd pleasing acts...this year was no
exception.
The "West Hollywood Cheerleaders" a team of men dressed in red and white
cheerleading outfits with matching pompoms, wiggled and jiggled along the
route.
