The United Nations weapons inspectors may be back in Iraq- but it's amid
fears of another confrontation.
Inspectors did resume their work without interference.
But U-S officials disagree with Iraq about whether the inspectors should be

The U-S insists the inspectors have the right to visit dozens of sites that
the Iraqi's say are off-limits.

Wythe County can't find a stripper's performance obscene because NO
guidelines on obscene behavior exist in Wythe County.
At least that's what Judge Danny Bird says in the case against several
employees at Harmony Hall, a former Wythe County strip bar.
Charges will be dismissed against stripper, Tracey Outlaw, who the judge
ruled WAS guilty of exposing herself but said he could NOT rule whether her
actions were obscene because there are NO established guidelines.
Judge Danny Bird also ruled Bobby Ray Caviness was guilty of allowing
alcohol at an establishment without a permit.
But the judge said he'd dismiss the charge in a year, pending good behavior,
because there was reasonable doubt.
The judge also took the case against Caviness' employees-- Marty McKinney,
Greg Alford and Nathan Wilson, under a year's advisement.
