The traditional one cup of stuffing is 500 calories-- compared to a half cup of low fat gravy that's 40-calories. One cup of low fat stuffing is 125 calories.
Sweet potatoes aren't too bad, until you candy them.
Two traditional candied sweet potatoes have 285 calories-- one baked sweet potato is 120 calories.
A roll with butter is 120 calories-- but one without the butter is 80.
When it comes to dessert-- pumpkin pie appears to be a lighter choice when compared to pecan pie one slice of pecan pie is 425 calories. Pumpkin is 240.
