It was judgment day for a Wythe County judge yesterday.
Judge Danny Bird says he can't decide whether former employees of a strip bar are guilty of obscenity charges, because the county has never defined what obscenity is.
But Bird used his judgment in agreeing to dismiss all charges against Tracey Outlaw, a former nude dancer at Harmony Hall, pending good behavior on her part.
