him of hitting a teenager in the head with a pistol.
61-year old Joseph Whitehead is charged with assault and battery.
Investigators say he accused the 17-year old of stealing from him, threatened
to kill him, then hit him in the back of the head.
Investigators also found guns and ammunition at Whitehead's home.
Whitehead is a convicted felon and not allowed to own firearms.
