Many people find they gain weight around the holidays and dieticians say
it's not unusual to put on about 10 pounds between now and New Year's.

popcorn, snack mixes and chips and dips.
The list also includes holiday favorites and Taylor says it's not realistic
to stay away from all of them. The key, she says, is moderation and exercise.
