wine.

Since the Blue Bird company pulled out of town five years ago, a 930 foot
long facility has sat vacant in Buena Vista.
Virginia's 19-97 entrepreneur of the year wanted to move in-- but the price
was too high.
So the three counties joined forces to purchase the extra land for a future
industrial park.

Governor George Allen and family did the honors on this year's tree -- which
was plucked instead from a state juvenile correctional facility.
We're told the juvenile inmates helped transport the tree.
