Two people were seriously injured tonight--one after being thrown from a car that flipped over along Greenridge Road in Roanoke.

The accident happened near the intersection of Cove Rd about 9 30 p-m.
The car overturned --throwing one person out of the vehicle. Another person was cut out of the car using the jaws of life.
Investigators say speed may have been a factor in the wreck.
Both victims were taken to Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

Three Franklin County churches were open in time for worship today --three days after five teenagers vandalized them.
The teens spray-painted the churches with offensive slogans and satanic symbols.

But the buildings were cleaned up relatively quickly, thanks to help from members of the churches, and other congregations.

Investigators aren't sure of what sparked the incident, but they don't believe it was racially-motivated.
