the ntsb did release new animation retracing the last few moments of twa flight 800..minutes after takeoff from new york;s kennedy international airport july 17 1996.
a transcript of the cockpit voice recorder shows the pilots were in control, all systems go. but nearly 13 minutes after takeoff the center wing fuel tank exploded. all 230 people on board were killed.
the fbi has ruled out a missile or bomb...so now investigators will focus on the theory the explosion in the center fule tank, may have been sparked by a surge of high voltage electricty, which was transferred thru damaged low voltage wiring in the tank's fuel measuring rods.

Lorena Gallo --formerly Lorena Bobbitt-- will be tried in April for allegedly hitting her mother Friday while inside their Manassas home. Gallo appeared in court this morning with her parents. Neighbors told police, Lorena's mother, 49-year old Elvia Gallo, was watching television when her daughter hit her with her fist.
The police report said that Lorena's brother, intervened to stop the punching.
Lorena was arrested, then released on bond.

In the 1994 trial, Gallo was found not guilty by reason of temporary insanity on charges of malicious and unlawful wounding of her then-husband, John Wayne Bobbitt.

Experts are specifically critical of the federal funding ban on needle-exchange programs and the failure to expand Medicaid to cover expenses of low-income patients.

Several studies this year show that children without insurance generally live in families where at least one parent works.

Nearly half of those polled say they've had trouble getting access to health care or paying for it.

The American Lung Association suggests avoiding close contact with people who have a cold.
Wash your hands frequently and avoid rubbing your eyes and nose.
Many experts agree the best way to prevent getting the flu is with the flu vaccine.
They add it's never too late for a flu shot.
