Baltimore.
Investigators say it shows the pilots properly checked the planes systems
before takeoff.

and nearly 17 months later the national transportation safety board still does
not know why. this week long public hearing in baltimore, a review of the
mountain of facts and figures but there will be not revelations
the ntsb did release new animation retracing the last few moments of twa
flight 800..minutes after takeoff from new york;s kennedy international
airport july 17 1996.
a transcript of the cockpit voice recorder shows the pilots were in control,
all systems go. but nearly 13 minutes after takeoff the center wing fuel tank
exploded. all 230 people on board were killed.
the fbi has ruled out a missile or bomb...so now investigators will focus on
the theory the explosion in the center fule tank, may have been sparked by a
surge of high voltage electricty, which was transferred thru damaged low
voltage wiring in the tank's fuel measuring rods.

Lorena Gallo --formerly Lorena Bobbitt-- will be tried in April for
allegedly hitting her mother Friday while inside their Manassas home.
Gallo appeared in court this morning with her parents.
Neighbors told police, Lorena's mother, 49-year old Elvia Gallo, was watching
television when her daughter hit her with her fist.
The police report said that Lorena's brother, intervened to stop the
punching.
Lorena was arrested, then released on bond.

insanity on charges of malicious and unlawful wounding of her then-husband,
John Wayne Bobbitt.

have a cold.

Many experts agree the best way to prevent getting the flu is with the flu
vaccine.
They add it's never too late for a flu shot.
