Two people were injured when their car collided with a tree in Montgomery
County.

Rescue crews apparently had to free the driver from the wreckage- He was
taken to Montgomery Regional hospital.
The passenger was seriously injured.

State police are still investigating.

week before the blast, but she could not provide an alibi for Nichols the day
before the Oklahoma City bombing.
That's when prosecutors allege he was making the bomb.
Closing arguments are likely to come Monday with jury deliberations to
follow.
If convicted, Nichols faces the death penalty.
