Citizens and union leaders filed suit after Kroger decided to close the distribution center in Charleston.
The group argued that Kroger had an obligation to stay in West Virginia because the company had accepted tax breaks.

Investigators still hope to find the remains of two teenagers whose disappearance- -in the late 70's- -has been linked to Earl Bramblett.

In the meantime, the State Police Violent Crimes unit has been pursuing leads in the case of Tammy Akers and Angela Rader... ever since Bramblett was convicted last month of killing the Hodges family.
