A 55- year- old Moneta man has been charged with threatening President Clinton's daughter, Chelsea.
According to the indictment returned yesterday Samuel Edmond Coffey mailed threats of a sexual nature to the White House four times.
Postal inspectors say he never mailed them directly though.
The first one was sent to the postmaster in Virginia Beach, with a request that the letter be mailed to Washington from there.
One of the other three went by way of Baltimore.

Two draftsmen were indicted for defrauding Ericsson G-E in Lynchburg.
The feds say the scheme involved Butch Sager, a 51- year- old draftsmen who's worked for Ericsson for 29 years.
According to the indictment, Sager approved work done by 45- year- old George Calvin Kelly of Goode.
While Kelly DID a lot of computer drafting work for Ericsson, yesterday's indictment charges that Kelly collected nearly a quarter million dollars for drawings he did NOT do.
The government charges the two men split the money.

Lieutenant John McCane was placed on administrative leave in October after being charged with stalking a friend of his estranged wife.
Now, the state police say they're looking into allegations that McCane misappropriated sheriff's department funds.
Special prosecutor Joel Branscom would not give details, but characterized it as "strange behavior" on the part of McCane.
Branscom adds the amount of money involved is less than a thousand dollars.
A decision on whether criminal charges will be filed has not been made.
