SUPER=@Scott1;
Keith, Trigon has been negotiating--confidentially--with three area
hospitals owned by Columbia/H-C-A.
Trigon says the hospitals made "new demands" regarding their contracts with
Trigon--
Demands the insurer felt were unreasonable.
So Trigon dumped the Columbia hospitals from its network, giving subscribers
three choices:
Pay more money and stay at Columbia Hospitals,
Start going to hospitals owned by Carilion Health Systems,
or get health insurance somewhere else.
