And this game was enough to make anyone quit. The Panthers had a franchise
record 12 penalties and Kerry Collins threw two interceptions to former UVa
great Keith Lyle, who finished the season with 8 picks.
Collins would find the endzone on this 35 yard strike to rookie Rae Carruth.
But Collins finished the game with 3 picks and he ends the year with an NFL

The Rams ran all over the Panthers as they win the game 30-to-18. And finish
by winning three of their last four contests.
And after the game Collins refused to speak to reporters and Mills confirmed
that he is retiring at the age of 39, after a dozen seasons in the league.
Keith Lyle wasn't the only former college football player from UVa or the

today had rarely played and never scored a touchdown.

Davis would get back into the picture in the second quarter as he hauls in
the two yard TD toss from Favre.
The Packers take a 21-to-nothing lead. Davis, who began the preseason on the
Jets roster as a tight end is loving life.
The Commonwealth would continue to shine in this one, as Darren Sharper, the
rookie from William & Mary picks off the
Alex Van Pelt pass and returns it for a touchdown. Van Pelt threw three
picks today and the Packers pay the Bills 31-to-21 as they roll over Buffalo.
